Revised LTCP Available for Comment

Metro Water Services recently submitted a Revised Long-Term Control Plan (LTCP) that describes MWS's ongoing commitment towards reducing combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and improving water quality in the Cumberland River and its tributaries. Development and submittal of the Revised LTCP fulfills one of the requirements of Nashville's Consent Decree with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. MWS welcomes any comments from the public on the document. The report can be accessed via the Public Documents Repository
